Your Role as a Control Systems Engineer:
You'll be part of dynamic project teams, working alongside experienced Lead Engineers to bring control systems from concept to reality. This role offers incredible hands-on experience with the latest automation technologies while building your expertise in a supportive, mentoring environment.
What You'll Do:
• Support exciting control system projects from initial proposal through startup and commissioning
• Develop control strategies and technical specifications that solve real customer challenges
• Work with cutting-edge technologies like DeltaV, Python, Cloud platforms, and advanced databases
• Collaborate with Control System Technicians on panel design and factory testing
• Create control system graphics and configure databases for customer applications
• Participate in system startups and commissioning at customer sites
• Support project planning, documentation, and scheduling activities
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, gaining diverse experience across industries
What We're Looking For:
• Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical, Electrical, or Computer preferred)
• GPA of 3.1 or above
• Strong computer skills including Advanced Excel, SQL, MATLAB or Minitab, and MS Office
• Experience with any of these technologies is a huge plus: Arduino, C++, Java, DeltaV, MongoDB, Python, OSI/PI, or Cloud technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions
• Valid driver's license for customer site visits
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• Interest in industrial process environments and automation systems
