Your Role as an Inside Sales Engineer:
You'll be the technical expert behind our customer relationships, working directly with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to deliver business success. This isn't just a desk job - you'll be solving complex engineering challenges while building valuable customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
• Apply your engineering knowledge to select optimal control valves, regulators, and automation products for customer applications
• Analyze customer specifications and technical requirements to create tailored solutions
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer accounts, building lasting professional relationships
• Generate accurate quotations and provide technical troubleshooting support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Develop expertise in process automation solutions that power critical industries
What We're Looking For:
• Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Biology, Electrical, Computer/Technology, or Mechanical preferred)
• GPA of 3.1 or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be the face of our technical expertise
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
• Interest in combining technical knowledge with customer-facing responsibilities
• Enthusiasm for learning about industrial automation and process control
