Your Role as an Inside Sales Engineer:

You'll be the technical problem-solver who bridges engineering excellence with customer success. Working in a collaborative team environment with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and System Engineers, you'll engineer solutions that make a real difference for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Engineer custom solutions using DeltaV Control Systems, MES, Asset Optimization, and Process Automation technologies

• Analyze customer business requirements and technical specifications to create accurate, compelling proposals

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer accounts, building lasting professional relationships

• Master cutting-edge automation technologies from Emerson Automation Solutions

Collaborate with Account Managers and System Engineers to deliver sales successes

• Provide technical troubleshooting guidance and innovative solutions to customer challenges

• Support business development efforts through client research and analytics

• Process customer orders and ensure seamless project execution

What We're Looking For:

Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Biology, Electrical, Computer/Technology, or Mechanical preferred)

GPA of 3.1 or above

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills

• Interest in learning advanced automation technologies and control systems

Enthusiasm for combining technical expertise with customer relationship building
