You’re an experienced chemical engineer who loves solving real plant challenges—and seeing your solutions come to life. In this role, you’ll support operating chemical process plants by troubleshooting issues, designing improvements, and managing projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Solve process problems to improve safety, quality, and cost.
• Create design packages (P&IDs, specs, drawings).
• Develop material & energy balances for new processes.
• Lead equipment and process improvements across units and systems.
• Track project timelines and deliver results.

What You Bring

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering (or related).
• 1–3 years of experience in a process or chemical plant environment.
• Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, and technical communication.
