Entry-Level Middleware Administrator

As an Entry-Level Middleware Administrator, you will be trained to manage and support enterprise middleware platforms such as Globalscape, Informatica, Sterling, and MQ. 

Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, Support and maintain middleware environments
• Support file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S)
• Assist in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or VBScript
• Monitor and troubleshoot middleware processes
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Ensure security through encryption, certificates, and access controls
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
• Stay updated on middleware technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements:
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of middleware concepts and file transfer protocols
• Exposure to scripting languages and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
