Manufacturing Process Engineer
If you're the kind of engineer who likes figuring things out, fixing problems, and seeing the impact of your work right away, this is worth a look.
This role sits inside a stable, employee-owned manufacturing company that works with specialty powders, liquids, food/ag materials, and custom production jobs for a wide range of customers. The work changes constantly — which means you won’t be stuck doing the same narrow thing every day.
It’s a mix of engineering, troubleshooting, process improvement, and hands-on work on the production floor. If you enjoy variety and taking ownership, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting daily production and solving process issues with operators and maintenance
Running and improving processes for customer jobs- we are a custom shop so this changes
Leading or assisting with equipment installs, upgrades, and efficiency projects
Writing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
Helping train operators on new processes or equipment
Meeting with internal/external customers to understand requirements
Identifying bottlenecks and helping streamline workflows
Owning specific processes and becoming the “go-to” resource for them
This is a solid job if you like staying busy, learning new things, and actually making production run better.
