Program Summary:
Our 18-month sales development program provides participants with a full-time remote field sales role, designed to build strong selling skills and deepen knowledge of Saint-Gobain North America while working within an assigned territory. The time split between territory assignment and EOS program activities is 80:20, respectively. Throughout the program, participants will primarily focus on territory-based sales activities, complemented by structured development initiatives. To enhance learning and networking, the program includes potential travel events that offer an opportunity to connect with peers and leaders in person. Development activities will include virtual/in-person classroom-based training, interactive e-learning modules, and action-based learning experiences designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you for future success in sales. These trainings and potential travel opportunities are required for program completion, and full participation is expected, except in extenuating

Upon completion, participants will work with our dedicated Human Resources team to explore career opportunities within our sales organization.
