Tax Staff Associate
Krutilla & Associates is a fast-growing CPA firm based in Walnut Creek specializing in tax consulting and compliance services for a variety of large and mid-sized clients. Our clients include some of the Bay Area's largest private homebuilders and construction companies, early stage technology companies, and several high net worth individuals. Qualified individuals will obtain experience working on many challenging projects in a casual environment.
We are seeking qualified candidates to prepare tax returns on a seasonal, full-time, or part-time basis.
As a Tax Staff Associate you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of Individual, Partnership, Corporate, Trust and Foundation tax returns
- Accounting calculations needed to prepare tax returns and quarterly estimates
- Perform online tax research
- Development of general technical and tax planning skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum GPA: 3.2
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel)
- General knowledge of accounting principles
