Process Engineer (PVD Plasma Drill/Desmear/Descum)

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Dry Pretreatment with Plasma
• Work with physical Vapor Deposition (Ti thin film deposition on Glass & Cu thin film deposition on Ti)
• Oversee adhesion improvement process development
• Assess Heat Treatment under noble inert gas atmosphere after PVD
• Supervise Dry Etching (Ultra small diameter plasma drilling on ABF)
• Manage Dry Process Tool Maintenance (including target change & prevention maintenance)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong technical expertise in PVD equipment, process, and materials.
• Excellent engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills related to PVD process.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• In-depth technical knowledge of relevant process and industry
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science (Physics, material science, electrical engineering)

EXPERIENCE:

• 0 + years of experience in the industry with a focus on PVD processes
