Scope of Work:
Plan, build, and test engines in a testing environment. Work will be more tied to project management, data analysis, and understanding of testing outcomes.
- Engine Builds: Plan, organize parts, and create work orders to ensure engine builds, typically lasting 2 weeks to a month depending on complexity of project.
- Project Management: Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, integrating with program teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Technicians to perform hands-on physical work.
- Test Cell Operations: Monitor data, perform diagnostics, report daily updates, and maintain full documentation.
- Advanced Technologies: Work on advanced technologies supporting critical industries such as energy, transportation, and industrial applications.
Tools & Technology:
- AVL Concerto: Utilize for data and diagnostic analysis.
- Microsoft-based Tools: Heavy use of Excel for project management, including BBA within Excel.

Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering or expect to graduate by December 2024.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, power systems, energy, automotive, heavy machinery, or sustainability.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Indiana.
