Polymer Design and R&D Engineer
I. Job Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the research on the action mechanisms and failure mechanisms of polymers, such as binders, polymers, and separator auxiliary materials, and propose improvement strategies and conduct verification.
- Conduct research, verification of practical application, risk identification in the early stage of introduction, and analysis and judgment on the reliability and feasibility of the development of special binders, polymers, and separator auxiliary materials.
- In line with the project requirements and progress, track the mass production introduction process, conduct analysis of abnormalities, and eliminate problems to ensure the successful introduction of mass production.
II. Job Requirements:
- A master's degree or above, majoring in materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, polymer science and other related majors.
- Have solid professional knowledge in electrochemistry, organic/inorganic chemistry, polymer science, etc.
- Be familiar with the correlation mechanism between the physical properties of polymer structures and their performance, as well as failure analysis, etc.
- Have development experience or research experience in binders, polymers, and separator auxiliary materials, and be able to carry out research work independently.
- Have the ability of continuous learning, be proficient in reading literature, tracking cutting-edge technologies, and conducting rapid verification.
- Possess good cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, logical thinking and expression abilities, leadership, and execution capabilities.
