Lithium Battery Material R&D Engineer

Job Description

1. Develop various materials suitable for lithium - battery applications, including electrodes, separators, polymer electrolytes, binders, COF, etc.
2. Actively cooperate with engineers in the lithium - battery testing system to apply new polymer materials to the product line, effectively improve product performance, or solve pain points of previous products.
3. Actively cooperate with front - end engineering development to adjust and optimize the properties of lithium - battery materials to achieve the best product performance.

Job Requirements

1. Hold a master's degree.
2. Major in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials.
3. Be able to use English as a working language.
4. Have at least 2 - 4 years of research experience as a doctoral or master's student in the R & D and synthesis of lithium - battery materials; understand the working principle of lithium batteries, basic polymer synthesis and preparation methods, and the relationship between structure and properties.
