Staff Engineer

Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an engineering program [chemical, mechanical, or electrical preferred]. Preferably, the candidate will also possess familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotech or some automation/controls experience, resulting from formal class work, internship, co-op, and/or project/lab work. Any work experience with PLCs, DCSs, or SLCs is a plus, along with cGMPs and/or industry specific equipment and documentation.

General skills required to be successful in this position include a positive attitude, good technical knowledge/skills, a creative yet pragmatic approach to problem solving, a desire to exceed expectations and to ‘get things right’, and a healthy appetite for learning. Excellent written and verbal English language skills are required.

Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, the candidate will perform various engineering duties, which require the exercise of good engineering judgment and the application of standard engineering principles and practices to various projects. Projects may range in scope from but not limited to:

Travel is necessary; extent is dependent upon the project. You must be US citizen for certain assignments due to our customer requirements.
